just hang in there, i know what you mean about the comfort. im almost 37 weeks myself and feel miserable. what works for me is my husband bought a recliner about a month or so after i got pregnant( some nights it was the only way i could sleep) and i prop a bunch of pillows on it when i start feeling like that, dont worry hun it is almost over, with you being that far along and starting to dialate i would talk to your doctor about your options to enduce. you are far enough along, just hang in there. and congrats

What did you do when you had/have ocd?

ok i know i have ocd. but i just want to make sure ido. so when i was 4 years old i had an ictch on my arm so i scratched it then on my leg but before i scratced my leg i had the urge to scratch my arm even though it wasn't itchy. then my neck itched so i had to scratch my leg then my arm then my neck. so anyway as years ped i did more ocd-ish things. constinatly counting in my head. cracking my head backwards 3 times.splashing my face with water depending on my age.(12 years old 12 times 13 years old 13 times) and other things. so on tv when i was 13 i found out i had ocd from watching a show with ppl with ocd. so i told my mom and she said i was just being silly.i told her 3 other times but same response and it frusrating me. 3 years later still kinda have it (bugs the crap out of me when my bookshelf and counter in my bathroom are unorganized) but that's pretty much it. for the past 12 years have been true frustrating hell. so what ocd things do you do?

What do I do about my self harm scars?

I used to self harm when I was 16. It was merely because I was impulsive and didn't really think about the consequences at the time. It's got to the point now where I feel I can't even go out wearing a t shirt without other people judging me. I've tried going to my doctor in the ped and all he will give me is Bio Oil which hasn't worked at all apart from making my scars look white and more visible. I'm really stuck on what to do. Why is my dog suddenly licking her bottom raw?

My 1-1/2 year old female maltese started licking her back end after being groomed yesterday. She was spayed at age 8 mos. I don't know if she was doing it yesterday after we got her back home, but she is non-stop licking it today. The area around her is bright pink and swollen. Her rectum is actually dilated - the opening is enlarged. There is no bleeding. There is no discharge. They did shave around that area to make it cleaner for her after eliminating. I noticed that when she isn't licking herself, she likes to sit on the cool tile kitchen floor, which I'm uming the cool tile makes it feel better. Could this be a fungal infection she picked up from the groomer? Can I use a monistat type cream on her to help it? I have an appointment with her vet for Tuesday. She is not whining or crying or whimpering. I don't know if I should put a shield thing on her or not. I don't want this to spread if its a contact dermatitis or fungal infection as I plan to go out of town next week and place her in a kennel while I'm gone.

Hey everyone -- just wanted to see what you all thought since it is too early for me to take an hpt. Using OPK's I got my first positive last monday 7/7, and bd'ed that night and the next morning. Had some ovulation cramping the next few days. Now I'm getting headaches, hot flashes, low grade fever today -- 99.1, creamy cm, extremely tired, and sore . But my s don't hurt just sitting here. They are sore to the touch... under and in between -- i think they feel like bruised when you push on them. Also noticed today they were sore going down the steps. The only other things I've noticed which can be due to several other reasons are sleep disturbances, lack of motivation lol to do anythinggg. i just wanna lay around all day, and some gas? lol. Why does my dog keep vomiting? please help im scared...?

My dog is very picky when it comes to food. I am always trying to figure out whatkind of food is best for her.. Allergies in a 6 month ol?

My daughter gets a runny nose and red, watery eyes pretty often. It seems to be worse if shes outside a lot, or inside without the AC on. I asked her dr., and she said a 6th month old doesn't have "allergies". I don't know what to do for her, bc i havent found any otc meds i can give her for it. her dr. said saline drops and to suction her nose a lot, but it doesnt help in the long run. Does anyone have a baby with the same problem? it isnt from her food, she didnt start getting like this until recently, and it doesnt get worse or go away depending on her diet. we do have a dog, could she be allergic to him? or have hay fever? Its always worse on humid days also. The only thing i can think of is allergies. I have them, and her father does too. Any advice?? i'd really appreciate it.

I have been married for about 2 1/2 years. Sometimes it is great other times not so great. Since I have been married my husband has told that he wants a divorce more times than I can remember. He will also tell me that he wants me to move out. Usually, a couple of days after this big blow up he decides that he didnt mean any of it and he doesnt want me to leave. So this happen again about two weeks ago and he told me that he wanted me to leave and he wanted a divorce again, but this time he started to "help" me pack...and he said that he was serious this time. So on monday I found an apartment that I can move into and finished packing this week, and I plan on moving on this weekend. Well last night he told he didn't want me to go and he wants to keep trying. I don't know what to do?? Part of me wants to leave, but then I'm afraid to be on my own again. With the only exception is alcohol. Why does the US continue this war on drugs instead of making them legal for personal use? Why are some drugs legal while others are not? Someone told me they people who do those things to get high so they wont get in trouble with the law are a victim of the war on drugs in a way. I don't know, but i did it when i didn't want my milk supply to go down and didn't have any way to store it. Tasted pretty good. and then when i had to go back on medication, and couldn't feed anymore, I pumped a little occionally for comfort and drank it myself rather than throw it away. My gy6 overheats a lot?

I have either an '04 or an '05 Twister Hammerhead 150cc. It has a gy6 clone. Is it extremely common for these motors to overheat like, every time you use them for more than 20 minutes? I guess i drive it hard, but i dont floor it constantly and when i can, i try to keep the rpms from going through the roof. But every single time i use it for about 20-25 minutes, it starts to pop when i let off the gas and it sounds like it backfires. Also, about 10-15 minutes after that, it starts to sputter when i push it past a certain point on the throttle. and if i push the gas much harder, it'll stall. i'm almost 100% sure this is from overheating. but i just don't think it's right that an engine should overheat and suffer terribly after 30 minutes. Do you other gy6 owners have this problem? would getting a uni high flow intake help? or just shove more air and fuel in faster so it overheats faster? Could the spark plug be starting to go bad and not work when extremely hot? i haven't done any performance mods to it by the way.

John Deere 111 carb adjustment...?

I blew the Briggs 11hp in my old JD111. So I swapped engines from an identical JD111. The replacement motor ran great before the swap, but after installing it in my good mower, and swapping the carbs since the old carb looked in better shape than the replacement motors' carb, it now runs absolutely lousy. I followed all the low idle adjustment directions and set all the adjusters and backed them out 1 1/4 turn, it fires and runs decently, but very high idle. Once giving it even a tiny amount of throttle it coughs and sputters like it's getting way too much fuel and then it starts to take off like it's going to tear itself to pieces, as if the governor is help open. I've gone back through and checked and rechecked all the linkages, settings, cable, etc. and just can't seem to find the problem. Does anyone out there have an idea about what to look for? Thanks.

The reason why im asking is i had one of these pictures taken by an optometrist and there is a " disturbance in the anterior chamber" which is white and roudish, which 1 optometrist thought was just a good view of the optic disc but a few others have said this is not possible, im am waiting on an appt to see an ophthalmologist just wondered if anyone has any ideas what this could be. My fundus photos from 2007 did not have this so its a new thing also there is nothing apparent by slitlamp or ophthalmoscopy. This is only in my left eye (right eye fundus photos are normal) they say when retinascope is shone into left eye the reflex is twisted?? I have this small dark patch(doesn't have a shape, its pretty tered) of skin on my upper left arm. The rest of the skin surrounding it is lighter skin color but the patch is a darker complexion. Photoshop: matching images with liquify filter?

Hello, I am trying to fix some proportion problems on a sketch. I have the photograph on the bottom layer, and the drawing on the top. The best way is to use the liquify filter, the only problem, is that when I use the filter it only shows the active layer. So I cannot see in real time if I am moving the shapes to their appropriate position. It's very tedious and counter intuitive to just keep moving little by little and hoping that the images will eventually match up. So how do I go about having the photograph as a template underneath the sketch while I apply the filter?

Birthday party dillema. What would you do?

Hi, my son is turning 12 this week and wants a sleepover on Saturday. He has a handfull of friends in his school and wants to invite 3 of them. Why has fetal renal pelvis dilatation in my one expectant twin left kidney only occurred at 32weeks gestation?

Im 32 weeks pregnant, expecting twin boys. I have scans every fortnight. At my 20 week scan no abnormalities were detected. At my 30 week scan again no abnormalities. Yet at my 32 week scan has shown that the one twin left kidney has renal pelvis dilatation measuring 10mm AP with evidence of calyceal dilatation. The liquid volume around the baby is ok and the bladder is still functioning. What has caused this and why so late during my pregnancy??

Can ipecac become ineffective?

Ok please do not judge or give me "what the hec is wrong with you" responses. I have recently started taking ipecac and before you say stop...I already have decided I am going to after today. I took it about every other day for the past 5 days mainly just because. I last took it Saturday night and I just took it again a few minutes ago. I am not feeling nauseous this time though and I just wanted to see if ipecac can become ineffective if taken so many times or if it will indeed be working soon. Please don't tell me to stop. I already am. I just need an answer to this question. I truly am going to stop taking it now and have already made a promise to God to not take it anymore. I know all it does is mess me up. I always eat really healthy but this week I had so much stress that I wasn't watching what I was eating and had to rid myself of the excess food. I used to have an eating disorder which explains but tomorrow I am going back to healthy eating and am going to forget about this.

Is there a snake that I don't have to feed mice/pinkies?

I said the same thing to my son, so we got a garter snake. They are pretty easy and inexpensive. My son was 9 when we got him. The garter is 7 years old now. You can feed them minnows only, but be careful of vitamin D difficiency. Our garter got really sick a year ago and we think that might have been the case. He's since recovered and now eats frozen pinkies( we had to force feed him-it took him almost 8 months to feed himself since he was brought up with live fish and I still refused to buy live mice!) He lived on fish only for six years. But you can tell your mom, and this is Mom to Mom, since we started frozen(we now have 3 snakes-the garter, a baby corn and a 6 foot red tail boa all on frozen mice and rats) I think it's a lot more conveniant than going to the store once a week for fish or crickets(which smell). If I had known better to begin with, I still would have insisted on getting a snake that eats no bigger than pinkies, but would have skipped the pain of getting fish every week and just gone for the frozen. Just make sure you get a snake thats been brought up on frozen and it'll be fine. It really is the easier way to feed. I dont know how old you are, but my daughter is now 9 and just got her baby corn snake a couple months ago and is perfectly capable of taking care of, handling and feeding her snake with minimal supervision. Why do I like someone who is so different from me?

Okay, so I really like this guy. I've liked him for almost two years. But we are just complete opposites. But, we get along fine. He usually gets into fights with other girls, I mean we've gotten into a couple fights, but it's never bad and we can just make up the next day. But he loses his friendship with other girls that he's gotten into fights with. So I guess you can say that he's mean to a lot of people. I'm nice to basically everybody. I have never/would never do those things.(we're in high school btw) He also isn't the sharpest tool in the box. He's kinda dumb, but actually, if he applied himselft more, he'd be kinda smart. I, on the other hand, am an honors student with a 3.9, almost a 4.0. He also acts like he's "ghetto." He listens to lil' wayne and swears a lot. I listen to lil wayne occasionally but he knows like every song and I hardly ever swear. He also acts like a player, but since he gets into fights with girls a lot, not many girls would go out with him, even though he's popular. I'm not as popular as he is, but I'm about there. He also acts like he's all tough and stuff but he's really not, no offence to him. It may seem like he's a douche, but I don't really think he is. We have stuff in common but it's little things. One big thing we have in common is that we're both somewhat shy. It usually depends on the situation. People tell us how we'd be such a cute couple and how we flirt all the time, but then they say how I deserve so much better, which I do. I don't understand why I like him so much. I can't ever get him off my mind, and it's pretty annoying actually. I've never liked anyone so much.

In most cookbooks, the order is as follows: Beverages and Appetizers, Breakfast, Dinner, Dessert.....sort of in order. You could just do breakfast separate and call the dinner section main dishes. My problem is that I have a silk hankerchief "security blanket" that I've had since I was a little kid. I've become kind of dependent on it, but so what? It's not hurting anybody.
