I can't identify difference between my babys real hunger cur and craving for suckling?

my daughter is 9 weeks and cant hold a paci for too long unless she is very hungry, like your baby. Also if she is very hungry she sucks on her hands and fingers, or looks around and opens her mouth (looking for the or food). it is true that babies use sucking as comfort, but if you know you just fed your baby a good amount, offer the pacifer. also one with a flat shaped nipple on it is best, and more natural. some of them are just round and not as natural
