125 or 250 Please help me decide!!?

race a kx 85 two stroke and iam getting a little too big for it and im 14 5'6 132. I was wondering if i should move up to a 125 two stroke or a 250 four stroke! I race motocross and arenacross! Please answer, any help is appreciated! not to brag but im a pretty good rider!
