were the little girls parents divorce and she carries this hello kitty bag or something to do with hello kittly everywhere she goes. i think it was a thirller. the mum and girl move into this new apartment where the janitor is lazy and then it starts raining heavily and the little girl goes to the roof and loses her hello kitty bag. omg what is this film. i cant remember, please help
