What is Obama's Health Care Plan all about?

In the United States a lot of people will do anything to keep people who are down down. The Health Care System in the United States is very corrupt and lies at the heart of the capitalist power structure in America. To change health care is to change the politics of oppression in America. That's what it's all about from my perspective.
