How Do I Deal With My Bye Weeks This Week?

Okay here's my situation: I'm going against my Dad this week in Fantasy Football. So this is a near must-win situation. My recievers Randy Moss and Wes Welker are on bye's, but I have Roddy White (vs. Saints), Steve Smith (giants) vs. Eagles, and Miles Austin Vs. Panthers. I think I have that cleared up. However, my Linebacker James Harrison is on a Bye week too. I have options available for him (such as Barrett Ruud), but I don't know who to get rid of to pick him up. I have two Defenses, but I don't know which one to get rid of. I have Packers D (vs. Vikings) and Giants D (vs. Eagles). Which one do I get rid of to get Ruud??? And does my situation at reciever look OK, or do I need some more work???
