I am 5m pregnant and about to come down with a bad stomach bug. will it put my unborn child at risk?

my dad had a stomach virus and he used a robe to cover himself with. then my mother used this same robe unwashed on my 8 month old daughter. my mother is retarded..she said to me the baby couldnt have gotten it from the robe and thats not how virus's are spead?(i told her virus's r spead because of ignorence like yours). now my babies been throwing up...shes been all over me. i will probably be very sick tomarrow..im afraid it might hurt my unborn child to be so ill. please tell me if my mother is retarded and if my unborn baby is in danger. its a 24 hour stomach virus with fevor, horrible vomiting and the squirts. i have a sonogram and doctors appt tomarrow...scheduled before this family epidemic.
