Anyone have tales like this of the old days?

Great stories. Glad I wasn't there! Only story I have was when I was fishing on a 13 foot boat and preparing my fishing line while seated on the edge of the starboard side, a tiger shark that was longer than the boat came up right along side. It looked like a mini-submarine that I could have touched it if I just reached out. We decided to find a different area to fish.
