I would like some tips on how to get along with my boss who has a driver personality & I am an expressive?

I have a boss who is never humble and when she lies or makes a mistake, she will not admit it. Everything is her way. She has never apologized and she is always saying things behind other employees backs, so I know she does it to me. I just started praying about it. I need some good advice as to how to get along with this driver personality when I am an expressive. When you do something she doesn't like, she harps and harps on it. She never praises anyone. I am not in the Christmas spirit at work to be able to go to our Christmas party at work during work hours next week. Please pray for me. Also, any biblical and kind advice is welcome in advance.
