When i go to the vet to get rid of what i thin is a umbilical hernia, do i have to get my dog nuetered/spayed?

They CAN do surgery to JUST remove the hernia....HOWEVER, you NEVER BREED a dog that has a hernia. It can be congenital and that can be ped to the puppies. So get it deed at the same time!!!
