Aren't we lucky that most Republicans don't really believe most of the things they say?

The conspiracy theories abound in the current political climate. The problem with the GOP elected officials is that they do nothing to dispel the ludicrous misinformation, but it is entertaining to watch Republicans try to distance themselves from their own failed policies of the Bush years. The biggest problem is that the GOP yearns for power and will continue to pursue this goal by denying Congress from ping necessary legislation no matter the consequences for the country.
