Nursing Aid is one of my pre-reqs, can I get a job at a hospital after completing this?

After I p this cl, I will be a certified nurses aid. Where could I get a job with this? Could I get a job at a hospital? And do you think they will pay for my higher education? Also what kind of things does a nurses aid do? And the salary? Sorry I asked so many questions, haha. I'm going to school for my LPN then taking a mobility program to become an RN. I was just wondering if I can work as a nurses aid until I graduate? Thanks!
