I need help on.......?

Anyway so there's this guy at my school that I like he is into sports and has tons of friends. He is usually really outgoing and confident but when ever u talk to him he is really shy and stuff, I often see him looking at me but when I look back at him he looks away, he is not pike this with other girls he is usually very confident. Does he like me and if so how would I make him interested. What do guys like for girls to do. Please help:)
