Is evolution at an end?

It addresses some interesting thoughts, but ignores the major principle that some heritable traits are more likely to be ped on. Long generation times, and a food supply that can accomodate population growth reduce selective pressure, but if we outgrow our capacity to produce food, some traits will have an impact. Technology has made it such that ideas have a greater impact that genes, but this does not mean that genes are irrelevant.
