How to get my confied items back from the metropolitan police?

I was arrested on 11th april 2007, it's been nearly two years, I was found guilty of affray and now i am currently on tag. What I was wondering was how I can retrieve my confied trousers/t-shirt/phone and shoes back from the metropolitan police?
