I need some helpp. professional or personal expierience helpp :(?

It looks like you have the same problem I did. I had to go to a professional to bleach any part of my hair to change the color. Have you ever tried Paul Mitchell? AMAZING stuff. I am not completely sure on how bad the damage is but this stuff works miracles.
