My daughter is 22 months old and speaks jibber jabber is that normal or should I start to worry??

She says, "mamma, daddy, huey (her dogs name), mine, no, minnie, barney and that is about it. My wife is hispanic and speaks to her is spanish and I speak to her in english could this be the reason she doesn't speak many words?
